Account Verification

There are four account types at Xult exchange. Each account has different withdrawal limits and in the future, it will allow access to additional services as well. The reason for user verification is to comply with the basic AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) international policies.

Account types:

No Verification - a user that just registered at Xult exchange. They can navigate on the pages, deposit the coins but cannot withdraw anything.

Level 1 Verification - a user can do the same as 'No verification' user, but they can withdraw coins in the value up to 1 BTC every 24 hours. A user must provide their:

• Name and Surname
• Date of Birth
• Country

Level 2 Verification - a user can do the same as 'No verification' user, but they can withdraw coins in the value up to 2 BTC every 24 hours. A user must provide their:

• Passport/ID Card/Driving License number
• Passport/ID Card/Driving License expiration date
• Full address
• Mobile number

Level 3 Verification - a user can do the same as 'No verification' user, but they can withdraw coins in the value up to 100 BTC every 24 hours. User must upload:

• a scan of the front of the document provided at Level 2
• a scan of the back of the document provided at Level 2
• a picture of user holding and showing the informational page of their passport/ID card or driving license. The picture must also include 'XULT" written on a piece of white paper with the current date. User's face and the document details must be both clearly visible.

All data collected during verification is used by third-party verification provider to confirm the data provided by the users. The data is always encrypted and kept in a secure location. Third-party company can’t be revealed due to security reasons, but we can assure you it has a stellar reputation, and that account information is never shared with anyone else.
