It is very important to protect the account from unauthorized access. Xult exchange offers two ways of the second authentication:
- One-time email authentication code
- Google Authentication
Email authentication is enabled by default to all newly registered users. The email with randomly generated code is sent to user's email address every time they try to: log in, change the password, change 2FA settings or withdraw coins. Email authentication can be enabled/disabled in "My profile"; simply use a switch ON/OFF.
Google Authentication protection is advised and can be enabled/disabled at any time in "My profile". Please select it from the drop down menu:
You will be asked to scan 'QR Code' or enter displayed "Security key" on the device with Google Authentication (GA) installed on.
The next step will require putting 6 digits "Code" generated by GA application.
From now on login in, changing password, changing 2FA settings or withdrawing coins will require GA code to be entered.
